Hong Kong nationals can enter Russia visa free
Hong Kong nationals visiting Russia for purposes of tourism or business will not need a Russian visa to do so as of the 1 July 2009, according to news.gov.hk.
The Russian visa agreement allows Hong Kong nationals to enter for 14 days for business or tourism purposes, and a reciprocal agreement has been made for Russian nationals wishing to visit Hong Kong.
