Any online transaction you make on visabureau.com uses secure-server software to best ensure that your personal information is kept safe. Visa Bureau does not sell any of its service to children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. Visa Bureau reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
If you wish to obtain a realistic assessment of your eligibility for migration to Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada or the UK, you should complete both an Online Assessment and depending on your country of residence, speak with or complete our Online Migration Interview to be assessed by a Migration Consultant. Once you have completed these steps, you can purchase a Service. The information we require to provide an Online Assessment is sought in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Visa Bureau’s own Privacy Policy.
Visa Bureau’s Online Enquiry Forms are free questionnaires completed on www.visabureau.com, which have been designed to gather basic information, including contact details, so that a Visa Bureau Migration Consultant, attorney or partner may contact you. This information is gathered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Visa Bureau’s own Privacy Policy. Inquiry forms cannot provide eligibility assessments.
Australia: Under Australian law, a person who wishes to operate as a migration agent in Australia must be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). Overseas agents are registered by choice. The MARA maintains a strict Code of Conduct that is intended to regulate the conduct of migration agents. The Visa Bureau can confirm that Migration Agents who work for the Visa Bureau are registered in accordance with the code of conduct. The client acknowledges that they have had access to and the opportunity to read these documents in full prior to making any payment to Visa Bureau.
New Zealand: Visa Bureau are registered with The New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment (NZAMI), a non-profit organization made up of independent migration consultants, accounting practises, local governement authorities, business investment advisers, law firms and financial houses. Visa Bureau abides by the NZAMI code of ethics.
United States of America: All matters related to US immigration are handled by the Optimus Law Group, which consists of experienced, licensed US immigration attorneys.
Canada: Canadian Visa Bureau is affiliated with a registered Canadian Immigration Lawyer.
UK: The UK VIsa Bureau is regulated by the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner). The OISC is responsible for regulating UK immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules. Law
If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.Any contracts entered into between you, the user, and Visa Bureau shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law
