Everything from Australian food, film, fashion and football will be showcased to offer Londoners a true taste of Australia and to encourage increased ties between the two countries.

Australian creative industries and tourism will also be highlighted during the expo.

All visitors to Australia, unless they have an Australian or New Zealand passport,  must have an ETA Visa. The ETA Visa can be quickly applied for online and is approved almost instantly, removing the need to submit paperwork or send away passports.

Australialive will be held in the Atrium in Westfield from 14-19 September, as part of a month long celebration of Australian business, culture, food and wine.

Foodies have the chance to watch one of Australia’s most famous chefs Bill Granger on Friday 17 September, who will be demonstrating recipes from his new book, Bill’s Basics.

On the evening of Friday 17 September, ahead of London Fashion Week, one of Australia’s leading fashion designers, Leona Edmiston,  who counts Kylie Minogue and Tom Cruise amongst her clients, will be unveiling her new Autumn/ Winter collection.

Phillip Aiken, Chairman of Australialive said, “Australia may be on the other side of the world, but the country holds a huge influence on British and European culture”.

“Australialive has given us a perfect opportunity to shout about what we can offer - not just sport and great food and wine, but excellence in arts, culture and design. Westfield is not only a great Australian export but a popular shopping destination and this week allows us to bring our great country directly to the consumer.”
