A major event on the Australian tourism calendar is fast approaching: the Crave Sydney International Food Festival.

Sydney will light up in October for a month of international festivals.

The Crave Sydney International Food Festival, from 1-31 October, celebrates Sydney’s food culture with signature events including the Sydney International Food Festival, Breakfast on the Bridge, the must-do Night Noodle Markets and Let’s do Lunch.

Last year more than 320,000 people attended 439 individual events ranging from an outdoor art festival, Seven Bridges Walk, and the World Chef Showcase which brought some of the top international chefs and food personalities to Sydney.

Landmark events and major draws for international tourists include the Sydney International Food Festival, Let’s Do Lunch and Hats Off Dinners in leading Sydney and regional restaurants.

To visit Australia for the Crave Sydney International Food Festival all international visitors, unless they have an Australian or New Zealand passport, must have an Australian Travel Visa.

The most popular of these visas is the ETA Visa, as it is almost instantly approved and electronically attached to your passport, removing the need for further paperwork or stamps.
