UK visa application concessions for A-Levels students

The UK Border Agency has announced a concession for UK visa application lodgements for students applying to study for A-Levels in the UK.

The UK visa application concession will allow eligible students to lodge a UK visa application if they have a conditional offer from their education provider.

Students applying for this type of UK visa need their GCSE results to have their UK visa application approved for studying A-Levels; however because the GSCE results are not released until August and A-Level courses begin in September, the UKBA has given all students waiting for GCSE results the opportunity to lodge their UK visa application with a conditional offer from their education provider.

The UK visa application will be approved as soon as an unconditional offer is received at the UKBA.
