New Zealand signs working holiday agreement with Israel
Israel has reached an arrangement for young New Zealanders to come to Israel on a working holiday.
The New Zealand Foreign Minister Murray McCully signed the agreement in Jerusalem recently, opening the way for up to 200 New Zealanders aged between 18 and 30 to take a working holiday to Israel.
It is hoped that the working holiday arrangement will help deepen tourism and education links between the two countries, and in time lead to better trade and investment links.
