Just a quick line or two to give you our good news. Our passports & visa's were returned today, so all our original plans can go ahead and we can activate the visa's at the end of this month. We are thrilled to receive them back so early and it means we can go full steam with all of our other plans.

These are very exciting times for us and again we send thanks for helping our dream come true.

Well Brigid, this feels like goodbye. I really do feel quite sad. You have already advised and helped us beyond the call of duty which we really appreciate. You never know, if Alex our son decides to try and move over with us at a later date, our paths may cross again. We would certainly go through Visa Bureau. My husband and I would like to say a really big thank you to our agent, Kathryn Bruinsma, and the Visa Bureau for helping us to obtain our desired Visa for Australia.

Achieving the Visa in 9 months is a great result. It has been a difficult 9 months but our Agent was there to support and reassure us throughout and this made all the difference.

I found the Visa Bureau very helpful and efficient with their service.  The information provided to me was prompt and accurate and they helped me through the entire process of applying for a spouse visa.

I wouldn't have known where to start but the consultant (Kathryn Bruinsma) was very helpful and guided me through every step of the way. 

I was concerned at first that because myself and my fiancée were living apart the visa process would be very intense and daunting but Kathryn put my mind at ease and dealt with everything as it came in, and as a result just over a month after all the information was sent to yourselves, I have my Visa.
