Sydney, Australia, ranked in top 10 of world’s best cities
Sydney has been ranked in the top 10 of the world’s cities in a report by international management consulting giant AT Kearney.
The emerald city came in a ninth place in the 2010 Global Cities Index, which assesses 65 cities around the world based on business activity, human capital, political engagement, cultural experience and information exchange.

There are challenges our city faces in terms of transport, planning and housing that we have to overcome but this report confirms that Sydney is one of the greatest cities in the world," chamber executive director Patricia Forsythe said in a statement.
