The DIBP have started publishing visa and citizenship processing times on their website.

Processing times will be updated monthly, allowing you to estimate how long your visa application will take once lodged. Two processing times are provided, advising how long it takes to finalise 75 and 90 percent of global visa applications submitted. Processing times are reflective of the current caseload the Australian Government is receiving.

Please note each visa is assessed on a case-by-case basis and therefore processing times can always vary outside the given guidelines.
