The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, proactive and able to manage a caseload of prospective clients applying under the family, general skilled and employer nomination streams. Job Specifications

Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience.

Location: London.

Position: Full time.

Responsibilities

Your principal responsibilities will include the following:

Manage a number of different caseloads from engagement through to completion;
Provide technical advice to clients regarding the immigration process;
Hold extensive knowledge of Australian immigration law and a strong ability to relay and communicate this clearly to clients;
Liaising with skills assessing bodies and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship on behalf of clients; AND
Other ad hoc projects.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

MARA registration;
At least 2 years of experience (though newly registered agents with no experience are welcome to apply).

Responsibilities

Your principal responsibilities will include the following:

Qualifying potential clients for immigration to Australia;
Consulting with potential clients regarding possible immigration strategies to their destination country;
Keeping current with immigration legislation and associated ongoing changes;
Meticulous maintenance of customer details, correspondence and records;

Your Profile

The ideal candidate:

Needs to have an exceptional attention to detail and solid communication skills;
Must have the drive and enthusiasm to produce results interacting with a diverse range of clients;
Previous migration experience is an advantage, however not essential as full in-house training will be provided;
Must be motivated and enthusiastic;
Must be computer literate, experience with CRM or similar systems would be advantageous.
