The View star Kyle Falconer granted a US Visa

The band was forced to scrap a planned US tour last year because US immigration officials refused to grant Kyle Falconer entry because of his 2007 conviction for cocaine possession.

The singer hired Amy Winehouse's legal team to fight for the right to enter the US, and this week his US Visa was approved. The band is now planning a trip to the US to promote new album Bread and Circuses.
Falconer said:  "The US visa came through. I got the phone call the other day, after waiting for three and a half years. I've been working hard and cleaned up my act and stayed out of trouble, so it was well deserved...”
Guitarist Pete Reilly admitted they all celebrated when they heard the good news.
