Citizens of Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Philippines will be able to obtain a tourist India Visa on arrival at any of the four designated international airports — New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai — after paying the relevant fees of $60 or its equivalent in Indian rupees.

On January 2010, the Indian Government opened the India Visa on arrival scheme to nationals of Japan, Singapore, Finland, Luxembourg and New Zealand.

The scheme has proved popular, with 5,664 citizens from the five countries entering India using the arrival system to date.
