Pastrycook is NOT currently on the Medium and Long term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL).

It is not possible to apply for an Australian visa under the General Skilled Migration (GSM) Program.

  • glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing
  • operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
  • emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
