Visa Bureau is a dynamic and vibrant immigration consulting firm looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Visa Processing Team.

The role will be challenging and exciting with the opportunity to work at our UK office based in South-West London.

Job Specifications

Salary: £18 000

Location: London

Position: Full time

The Role

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing of Visa Applications (data entry approximately 2 hours per day)
• Liaising with clients to resolve time sensitive issues and enquiries
• General administrative assistance within the department
• Assisting the team with daily sales targets

Your Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong travel consultancy background, with experience of a least 1 (GDS)
• Strong organisational and administration background
• A high level of commitment and ownership with their job
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently with limited or no supervision
• Strong computer skill sets including Office based products
• Good team player and enjoys routine work
• Be fluent in English

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to show what they can do in a strong, team-orientated sales environment.
