British foreign secretary David Miliband will visit Moscow early next month, with plans to discuss Russian-British relations including a simplified UK visa / Russian visa regime.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said recently: “Moscow did not suspend facilitation of the visa regime with London or co-operation between secret services. We are prepared for a reset”.
The two plan to discuss a simplified Russian / UK Visa regime. Previously the Russians have complained about complicated process of obtaining a UK Visa.
