The British High Commissioner to Pakistan has assured the business community that the British Government is genuinely looking at reducing UK visa processing times to promote trade and business between the two countries.

Faster UK Visa processing times for Pakistani business people and students were discussed at a recent meeting.
The British High Commissioner, Adam Thomson, recently held a round table conference in Lahore with high level business executives assisted by the Deputy High Commissioner and UK Trade and Investment Director (UKTI) Robert Gibson.
The British High Commission in Pakistan and UKTI are keen to promote trade and business between both countries.
Mr Thomson assured the business community that the British Government is genuinely looking at reducing UK visa processing times and facilitate entry into the UK for legitimate business people and students.
Present at the meeting were Rashid Mehr CEO of Moody Pakistan a top British global company, and Sikandar Mustafa, chairman of Millat Tractors, amongst other prominent business people.
The UK Visa Bureau is an independent consulting company specialising in helping people lodge UK Immigration applications with the British Embassy.
