Visa Bureau is a dynamic and vibrant immigration consulting firm looking for an experienced migration caseworker to join the caseworking department.

The role will be challenging and exciting with the opportunity to work at our UK office based in South-West London.

Reporting to the Migration Casework Manager you will provide case working expertise to designated UK and Irish clients.

Job Specifications

Salary: £18 000

Location: London

Position: Full time

The Role

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring client visas to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA are processed in accordance with pre-defined quality guidelines.

• To adhere to the customer service principles as set out by the case work manager

• To establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.

• To keep abreast of all legislation changes and act upon them accordingly.

• To inform clients of any additional services we offer and contact out partners accordingly.

• To proactively strive to increase productivity and decrease processing times.

• To liaise professionally with all government departments and skills assessing bodies.

• To develop and maintain a solid relationship with Australian and foreign partners.

• To assist the case work manager with any special projects as necessary.

• To handle customer complaints professionally before escalating any problems to the casework manager.

• To assist in the training of any new members of staff

Your Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong organisational and administration background
• A high level of commitment and ownership with their job
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently with limited or no supervision
• Strong computer skill sets including Office based products
• Good team player and enjoys routine work
• Be fluent in English

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to show what they can do in a strong, team-orientated sales environment.

The position will require levels of flexibility around working hours for the purposes of contacting clients
