Visa Bureau is a dynamic and vibrant immigration consulting firm looking for an experienced migration caseworker to join the caseworking department.
The role will be challenging and exciting with the opportunity to work at our UK office based in South-West London.
Reporting to the Migration Casework Manager you will provide case working expertise to designated UK and Irish clients.
Salary: £18 000
Location: London
Position: Full time
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring client visas to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA are processed in accordance with pre-defined quality guidelines.
To adhere to the customer service principles as set out by the case work manager
To establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
To keep abreast of all legislation changes and act upon them accordingly.
To inform clients of any additional services we offer and contact out partners accordingly.
To proactively strive to increase productivity and decrease processing times.
To liaise professionally with all government departments and skills assessing bodies.
To develop and maintain a solid relationship with Australian and foreign partners.
To assist the case work manager with any special projects as necessary.
To handle customer complaints professionally before escalating any problems to the casework manager.
To assist in the training of any new members of staff
