Visa Bureau requires a candidate with 5 years online marketing management experience and a proven track record of success to act as the new Head of Online Marketing.

Main Duties

As Head of Online Marketing, the chosen candidate's responsibilities will be:

• Growing, shaping and leading the Online Marketing Department.
• To develop business and marketing plans to include PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing work.
• Driving and winning new business.
• Planning new business strategy.
• Budget management and responsibility.
• Building and leading teams to deliver breathtaking creative campaigns.
• Ensuring the online offer is different from the competition.

Core Skills Required

The successful candidate will be:

• Innovative, creative, a born leader and full of ideas.
• Experienced with excellent paid search (PPC), natural search (SEO) and affiliate marketing expertise.
• Confident with a proven record of developing online business.
• Capable with hands-on knowledge of Web marketing techniques such as PPC, affiliate marketing, SEO.
• Able to optimise websites, as part of the role will be to help drive traffic to the site.
