The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is a national organisation which represents the interests of its members and the public. Across Canada, the association represents 80,00 real estate brokers/agents working through more than 100 real estate boards, 10 provincial associations and one territorial association.

CREA maintains a Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice for its realtors.

CREA realtors:

• Must disclose to you in writing who they represent;
• Can represent clients as buyers or sellers or both; AND
• Must treat you fairly.
