Canada Working Holiday Visa: South Africa

The Canadian Working Holiday Program for South Africans is restricted to full-time tertiary level (university/college) students at recognised educational institutions and recent graduates.

Additional requirements:

• Full-time tertiary level students at recognised educational institutions and recent graduates;
• Must have you have a South African passport;
• Must be 18- 30 years of age;
• Ability to function in an English or French-speaking work environment;
• No 'gap' year, high school or foreign students may apply;
• Must have South African approved police clearance;
• Must have Canadian designated doctor's medical examination report;
• Must have $1000 CAD in bank account;
• Must be over 18 years old;
• Must be a full-time student or recent graduate; and
• Must have current South African passport.

The Canadian Working Holiday Program for South Africans is administered through the South African Students' Travel Services (SASTS), a not for profit organization.
