Australian Immigration restructures two Australian Skilled Migration processing sites
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship will be restructuring two Australian General Skilled Migration processing sites in the coming month as part of a wide-ranging transformation program.
The transformations will enable the department to provide globally consistent services for Australian immigration and citizenship services.
The Adelaide and Brisbane General Skilled Migration sites will be restructured in May into a total case management model to provide greater communication for clients.
The Australian immigration department continues to give priority processing to applicants who have an occupation on the Critical Skills List including those sponsored by state and territory governments, and in line with these arrangements the department is actively processing applications and will provide information to applicants as their application progresses.
