If you are ready to apply, simply complete the Visa Bureau Taxback form in full, giving as much information as possible and Include any additional information you regard as relevant.

If you are leaving the UK, enter your last UK address before departing. You must declare any State benefits which you have received.

Step by step

• Double check that you have completed the questionnaire in full and signed all the necessary sections.
• Enclose any payslips, Statement of Earnings, P60’s, P45’s.
• We advise that you keep a photocopy of all of the paperwork which you send to us. We cannot be held responsible for any correspondence lost in the post.
• Keep one copy of the contract for your records.
